Freelance writer, editor, storyteller and photographer.

I am a creative-minded adventure seeker with a passion for motorcycles, travel, nature, photography and stand up paddle boarding. I grew up riding on the back of my mom’s motorcycle and have piloted my own bike since 2003. I enjoy riding cruisers and sport bikes and have two motorcycles of my own. I started as a freelance motorcycle journalist in 2005 for Iron Horse Magazine, and became a contributor for other print and online magazines. For nearly a decade, while serving as Brand Ambassador, I led Kawasaki’s Riders of Kawasaki (ROK) Accelerate magazine as the Managing Editor (2007-2016) with a great team of writers and photographers publishing numerous issues in print and online.

I enjoy photographing stunning landscapes, nature and animals, and capturing special moments from my travels. I shoot with a Canon DSLR camera and my smartphone. I like the element of surprise and enjoy capturing my subjects in candid shots. My passion is capturing beauty in its rawest form and bringing those images to life digitally, and in print, and sharing those images with others. My work was on exhibit in Mountain Home, Arkansas, and has appeared in print and online. My photography can be purchased as custom greeting cards, and large format prints on archival paper, canvas and metal. I also do commissioned work for special occasions, websites, ads, and magazines.

Some of my publishing credits include: Accelerate, Road Runner, Ride Texas, Cruise the Ozarks, Iron Horse, WomenRidersNow.com, CycleTrader.com, Friction Zone, Biker Ally, Adventure Sports Outdoors, Portrait of Achievement, RevZilla.com, Orbitz.com, Live Life Travel, The Chicago Daily Herald, Chicken Soup for the Soul: My Amazing Mom, Baxter Regional Pulse and Marvelous magazines. This summer, it was my honor to photograph the 2019 Couple of the Year for Carter’s Jewel Chest for their website, print media, and billboard ad.
